After working with two other realtors who were unable to sell our home for over a year, we decided to go with Kelley and Todd Miller. In less than 2 weeks, they were able to secure multiple offers, one of which we accepted at over list price! Todd also helped us with the purchase of our current home. He was able to establish a dialogue with the seller (who was also a realtor) that resulted in us submitting an offer that was accepted, despite there being competition. With her contagious laugh and charming personality, we knew we found our agent. Kelley listened to what's important to our family, the area we want to live in and she got to work!
