The neighborhood is composed of 1,354 single-family homes. Interestingly, Beverlywood was initially a part of Beverly Hills until 1940 when it branched out to become a separate planned community. The neighborhood is a tranquil suburb tucked away in the city’s heart, offering a suburban oasis amidst the urban sprawl of Los Angeles. The friendly neighbors, numerous families, and the acclaimed elementary school contribute to its charm. The well-known Hillcrest Country Club and the Museum of Tolerance are also located here.
